If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms apply to all purchases made with us.

📖 Interpretation and Definitions

  • Company: FERNS TECHZONE PVT LTD, referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our".
  • Goods: Items offered for sale.
  • Orders: A request by you to purchase Goods from us.
  • Website: fernstz.shop
  • You: The individual or entity accessing or using our service.

🚫 Order Cancellations (Pre-Dispatch)

  • You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
  • Made-to-order / Print-on-Demand items cannot be cancelled once printing or production has begun.
  • If the order has already shipped, please use our Returns process below.

⏳ Returns Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 5 calendar days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned Goods.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Prepaid orders).
  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI or Bank Transfer.
  • No extra fees will apply.

✅ Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The Goods must have been purchased within the last 5 days.
  • The Goods must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in resale-able condition.

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Customised or personalised Goods.
  • Goods that by nature cannot be returned (e.g., perishables, items with expiry).
  • Goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

🛠️ How to Return a Product

  • Check Eligibility
    • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/labels intact.
    • Certain items (personalised, hygiene, clearance) may not be eligible.
  • Request a Return
    • Visit our Make a Return page, or
    • Contact us at 📧 info@fernstz.shop or via WhatsApp chat support.
    • Provide your Order ID, product details, and reason for return
  • Receive Instructions
    • Our support team will confirm eligibility and share the return address.
  • Pack the Product
    • Use original packaging or sturdy box.
    • Attach the return label provided.
  • Ship the Product
    • Courier pickup may be available in most of the locations.
    • Otherwise, self-ship and share tracking details with us.
  • Refund / Exchange 
    • After inspection, refund will be processed to your original payment method (Prepaid) or via UPI/Bank Transfer (COD).
    • Store credit option available if preferred.
