Shipping

Processing & Dispatch

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat).
  • Made-to-Order / Print-on-Demand (POD) apparel: Printing time 2–4 business days, then ships.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Delivery Timelines (after dispatch)
  • Metro cities: ~2–4 business days
  • Non-metro / remote areas: ~3–7 business days
  • Actual timelines depend on courier operations and PIN code serviceability.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders within India.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive tracking details by email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order ships.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.
  • You can also check Order Status from the footer β†’ My Account.

Missed Deliveries & RTO

  • Couriers typically make two delivery attempts. If undelivered, the parcel returns to us (RTO).
  • We can re-ship (usually on prepaid) or cancel and refund as per this policy.
  • Re-shipping may require address/phone reconfirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available where supported by our courier partners.
  • To prevent fraudulent orders, we may request OTP/WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.
  • Repeated COD refusals or unreachable numbers may result in COD being disabled for the accounts

Returns & Exchanges (5-Day Window)

  • We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Start a Return (Self-Service)

  • Fastest: Customer Care β†’ Make a Return (this opens the account/portal; select your order and Request return).
  • You’ll receive a Return Request ID and next steps.
  • If pickup is available for your PIN code, we’ll arrange it. Otherwise, we’ll share a nearby return hub address for self-ship.
  • Once the item reaches us and passes quality check (24–48 hours), we’ll process your exchange or refund.
  • If the requested variant isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit, as you prefer.

Eligibility

  • Items must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn (for apparel), with tags and original packaging intact
  • In the same condition received, with all accessories/manuals (if any)

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item), we cover return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind / size issues, return shipping (pickup fee or self-ship) may be borne by the customer. We’ll confirm the best option during your request.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to exchange for size/color where stock is available.
  • If the requested variant isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store creditβ€”your choice.

Refunds

  • Method & Timelines (after QC approval)
  • Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method in 2–7 business days.
  • COD orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer in 2–4 business days (we’ll request details securely).
  • Shipping/handling fees (if any) are non-refundable. If accessories/tags are missing or the item shows signs of use, a partial refund may apply.

Cancellations

  • You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Made-to-Order/POD items cannot be cancelled once printing/production has started.
  • If your order has already shipped, please follow the Returns process after delivery.

Warranty & DOA (Dead on Arrival) β€” Gadgets/Electronics

  • DOA issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
  • If the product carries a brand warranty, we’ll help you with the claim process.
